The latest update to Web4Labels (W4L) brings powerful new features that make order management easier, faster, and more efficient for label and packaging print shops.

Instant stock visibility with a simple toggle

A new toggle button lets you filter products based on real-time stock availability. This is especially useful for larger printing companies with multiple production sites, where ordering processes can be complex. With this feature, your team can ensure the only in-stock items are ordered, streamlining purchasing permissions and avoiding unnecessary delays.

Enhanced customer service with Web4Labels

More and more print shops are managing their incoming sales orders through the W4L cloud application rather than the standard CERM MIS windows interface. Why? Because W4L offers an intuitive UX and accessibility from any device, location, or time zone.

To further improve customer service, print shops can now create/access a new W4L user account in name of their clients. This allows end-customers to place the order anyway they prefer, and your team to manage their orders directly within W4L, retaining control over pricing and approvals.

1. Flexible pricing adjustments in the shopping cart

Custom pricing has never been easier. With this update, customer service teams can now manually adjust sales prices directly within the W4L shopping cart. This means that any special pricing agreements or contract terms can be applied instantly and accurately - no need for workarounds or additional steps. Just quick, efficient price updates that keep everything running smoothly.

2. Seamless order documentation & history sync

Order management isn't just about placing orders - it's also about tracking history and documentation. The new order document upload feature allows users to attach relevant files directly to a W4L order. These documents (to be predefined in your CERM IMS settings) are then automatically synchronized with the CERM 7 order folder structure, ensuring a complete and organized order history.

3. Better oversight for large sales teams

Larger print shops with multiple sales representatives can now efficiently manage customer orders directly our of CERM Web4Labels/ Each internal operator can have multiple sales reps linked to their account, allowing them to track all incoming messages and estimates from different sales representatives in one place. This ensure faster response times, Bette coordination, and a structured approach to customer service.

Efficiency, speed and control... all in one update.

With these new W4L features, print shops can optimize their ordering process, improve customer service, and maintain better control over sales interactions. It might not be magic - but it sure feels like clockwork!
