Looking ahead, C2C plans to implement Web4Labels, an extension of CERM that will empower their customers with online ordering, proofing, and editing capabilities. As Silbiger remarks,

"As our customer base grows, so do the needs of our customers. Using an extension like Web4Labels will allow us to take our servicing to the next level."
