For over a century, The Wauters Group has been a leader in luxury packaging for perfumes, cosmetics, and spirits. With two production sites in France, Wauters combines craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. To maintain this excellence, they needed an integrated solution to replace fragmented systems and improve their productivity.
A fully connected workflow
In early 2022, Wauters implemented CERM MIS as their central system, ensuring seamless data exchange across departments. Previously, disconnected software tools led to inefficiencies, especially between prepress and administration. With CERM, Wauters built a fully integrated workflow, combining CERM MIS with Hybrid Software for an automated prepress flow and Sage BOB for optimized administrative processes. This connectivity improved response times, traceability, and collaboration across teams.
Measurable impact on operations
Laurent Nauleau, IT Director of Group Wauters, explains:
Jan De Backer, Prepress Responsible, highlights the impact:
A digital-first mindset
"Beyond software, digital transformation requires a shift in mindset.", advises Laurent Nauleau.
With CERM at its core, They Wauters Group has built a modern, data-driven workflow - ensuring efficiency, productivity, and a future-proof business.
