Position overview

With this role CERM – a global player in MIS for Labels & Packaging -  is looking for a sales professional to join our growing team in Europe to better serve our existing customers and help to enlarge our footprint in the Central and Eastern Europe Label and Packaging market. This person reports to the Director of Global Business Development and is preferably based in Poland.

In this role you will,

  • Actively pursue new sales and manage all sales activities within existing and new customers and partners
  • Execute CERM’s sales, marketing and support strategies to ensure highest customer satisfaction in the territory
  • Build and maintain a detailed knowledge of the CERM product and the Label and Packaging market
  • Provide timely and accurate territory reporting and forecasting to CERM management utilizing our CRM (Zoho) at its best
  • Provide regular feedback to marketing and management regarding the local territory and the CERM products
  • Communicate regularly with key contacts of customers, prospects and partners through personal visits, video conferences, telephone calls, etc. • Attend and represent CERM at trade shows and open houses
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Manage development of prospects and successful completion of new business sales for software license agreements and consulting services
  • Implement and execute sales and marketing strategies, optimized for your territory
  • Facilitate 1st level demos for customers and prospects
  • Facilitate access and use of additional resources like the CERM ROI calculator in order to provide contacts with comprehensive analysis and diligence of product offering

This role might be a good for you if

  • You are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • You have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferably in a complex software industry or in the Label, Folding Carton, Flexible Packaging industries)
  • You have experience selling software and a good technical understanding of software systems
  • You can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
  • You have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding both individual and team sales quota/goals
  • You are confident and experienced in turning cold calls into revenue-generating accounts
  • You can handle complex technical sales cycles
  • You are willing to travel nationally or internationally for 40% of your time
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English (any additional language skills would be highly welcome).
  • You have the ability to work out of your home office
