MIS Implementation Specialist – Spain

Location: home office + working on site with the clients
Type: Full-time

With this role CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious applicants who are based in Spain, who are able to travel to our customers and partners to implement the CERM system, provide customer support and software consultancy.

This person reports to the Americas Team Leader

Job description:

• Be part of a great team of experienced software consultants
• Become a CERM expert and deliver training and consultancy
• Lead implementation projects to a successful conclusion
• Provide post go-live support and ongoing consultancy to our customer base
• Work with product management, helpdesk and other teams across all departments to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Maintain a high standard of personal administration
• Participate in team meetings and share best practices
• Provide regular status updates and activity reports according to our company practices.

This role might be a good fit if you

• Have at least 3 years of experience in the Label and Packaging industry
• Are a self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Have solid interpersonal skills and are very team oriented
• Can manage accounts at a high level within the assigned region
• Have experience of at least one ERP package, either as a consultant or as a senior end user
• Have a natural interest in working with clients with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Are willing to take ownership of issues and follow through to reach a solution
• Understand that this role requires travel to customer sites (up to 50% travel)
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any additional language proficiency is very welcome)
