Position overview
CERM is looking for motivated and ambitious professionals based in our Oostkamp, Belgium HQ to join our team as a Senior Project Manager for the EMEA region. This role involves managing implementations of our CERM MIS, coordinating project planning to ensure successful outcomes and providing strategic management support. Regular travel to our customers and partners will be required.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Service.
In this role you will
- Develop and execute project plans, including business analysis, specifications, and test plans.
- Monitor and report on project milestones and status, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Define and track key project success metrics.
- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors or consultants to achieve project objectives.
- Allocate technical and functional resources effectively across project modules.
- Deliver implementation projects successfully, adhering to budget, scope, and timelines.
- Collaborate with product management, helpdesk and cross-departmental teams to enhance customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and best practices.
- Provide structured status updates and activity reports in line with our company standards.

- Self-starter with strong ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Proven interpersonal and are team-oriented skills.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management preferably with ERP systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage accounts effectively within the assigned region.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Formal Project Management Certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.
- Ability to build and sustain positive client relationships. Have a natural interest in working with clients.
- Proactive problem-solver willing to take ownership of issues and see them through to resolution.
- High standard of personal administration and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language are a plus).
